"Mamma tried to kill me when I was little," Beth Allen's Dottie says casually. She's a naïve Texan girl who lives with her trailer trash family.

The gorgeous beaded gown was worn by Beth Allen in Shortland Street's 2009 cast shoot.
It's on auction as part of the fundraising efforts for the Samoan Earthquake and Tsunami relief. Local celebrities and TV shows have donated key piecesof memorabilia and costumes.
"I felt incredibly elegant in this gorgeous gown," says Allen. "Its the perfect dress for a special occasion."

Not a lot of praise in general, but Beth Allen is doing a great job as Dottie, so it's been said.

Version 10 "Feminine".
As dfor the first poll - with 92% the visitors forund Beth Allen's Amber her best role - and with every right, I should say.
But she's doing a great job on Shortland Street as well, and so I added a few more clips of it for you to see. In the video section.

Beth Allen looks so young and sweet on it.
I really wish I could watch the play, so everyone who has a chance, don't miss it. The tickets are selling fast, friday and saturday were sold out. People are definitely eager to see the play.
And the first review is out too today! Read here.
